Shipping Options & Delivery Costs
We charge a base cost of R 150.00 for the first item ordered, the rate applicable thereafter is determined by the items in your cart and is calculated at the checkout stage of the online order process.
Order Processing Time
Lead time is subject to working days which are Monday to Friday. There is a 2 day lead time to process your order, which is then dispatched on day 3. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will start being processed on Monday or on the next business day.
Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
International Orders
Order for delivery outside the border of South Africa will be subject to confirmation, please contact us for a separate quotation.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
