Only recieved 3 screws and 3 plugs for this unit which requires 12 of each to finish installation. Needed to go and buy additional to complete the installation. I would suggest adding two additional wall mounts to ensure the unit is not loose and rattling when folded down. Will reach out to Brian to get two of those for my unit. Otherwise noce and solid.

Hi. Thanks for the clarity. Did not even saw the centre holes. Maybe an instruction manual can be added to the kits? Yea but i would.like to buy two of the holders anyway. Let me know what they cost each and how i can order. Thanks for the quick response

Thank you for your feedback.
The installation requires 4 screws and 4 plugs to complete the installation, so it does seem as if you have been short supplied.
The round base socket has a centre hole which we use to mount the round base socket to the wall. The three holes on the outside of the round base socket are for a different application.
With regards to the additional mounts to use when folded down, we have considered this in the past and will re-look at it – we will contact you to discuss further.
